Psychiatric evaluation and diagnosis
A comprehensive assessment of symptoms, concerns, and other barriers to wellness, which will help determine the need for and type of medication.
Medication management
Ongoing monitoring, adjustment, and review of prescribed medications to ensure effectiveness and minimize side effects. Our work here is collaborative and we value clients involved and vocal in their own treatment.
Psychoeducation
As treatment providers, it’s our role to share clear and understandable information about medications being used, including benefits, risks, and potential side effects.
Collaboration with therapy providers
We believe that coordination of care is paramount in mental health treatment. Our providers work closely with therapists or other treatment providers to ensure quality care.
Medication review and consultation
Needs within medication management are subject to change. Your Boulder Neuro provider will conduct periodic reviews of current medications and consider alternative treatment options when appropriate.
